Overture Spa Membership Policy
Membership Plans
Overture Spa offers monthly membership plans that include 5, 10, or 31 treatments per month, depending on the selected membership level.
Monthly Treatment Usage
All treatments included in the membership must be used within 31 days, before the next renewal date.
Unused treatments do not roll over and will be forfeited if not used within this period
No Refund Policy
All membership purchases are non-refundable. Overture Spa does not offer refunds, whether treatments are used or unused, in full or in part.
Non-Transferable
Membership treatments are non-transferable and may only be used by the registered member.
Policy Agreement
By purchasing a membership, the client acknowledges and agrees to all Overture Spa membership terms and conditions.
